AYP ACTIVITIES YEAR 2010 GOAL
objectives: 1. Nurture
them by the Word of God and lead them to be a fruitful and a good steward of
God by winning more souls to Christ Jesus. 2. Teach them to be a good model and leader in the Church and in the community through the help of God. 3. Motivate the youth to devout themselves in prayer. 4. Involve the youth in church activities to build smooth and closer relationship. 5. Help
them to discover their gifts and talents and motivate them to use for God’s
glory. 6. Attract
outsiders and usher them in the church by means of bringing them in the
knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
ACTIVITIES: 1. AYP Prayer Cell The array of the program for this meeting will be similar as cottage prayer meeting (house to house). There will be a leader [prayer leader] and exhorter. AYP will be given chance to be assigned as leader or exhorter and prayer leader. Every Friday 6:30-8:00 pm.2. Join Activities This is a join activity together with the different auxiliaries (AMP, AWP, and AYP). Schedule: Every first Sunday of the
month at 2:00-4:00 pm 3. Learning New Song/Presentation Engage youth to learn a new song, and a preparation for youth presentations. Schedule: Every second Sunday of the month at 2:00-4:00 pm. 4. AYP Fellowship (Outdoor & indoor game) The AYP will be divided into 3 groups; there will be a leader and advisers for each group. Exhortation will be made before the game starts. Ø
Every
third Sunday of the month at 2:00 to 4:00 pm. 5. Sharing/Prayer Time/Lecture Motivate the young people to devout themselves in prayer and fellowship. Schedule: Every fourth Sunday of the month at 2:00-4:00 pm. 6. Walking Fellowship Involve the youth to engage closer relationship. Schedule: Every fifth Sunday of the month at 2:00-4:00. 7. Social Night Ø Age 10 and above - suggested to join. Ø Schedule of activities - Quarterly
8. Youth Visitation Ø Schedule for visitation every Tuesday @ 6:30-7:30
